Monday: Casarecce pasta with hot-smoked salmon, white wine sauce, and fennel.

Tuesday: Poached plaice fillet with lobster sauce, shredded vegetables, and fresh potatoes from Gotland.

Wednesday: Lindström-style steak with capers and butter, Gotland-style new potatoes, and red wine sauce.

Thursday: Lamb sausage, served with mashed potatoes and onion chutney.

Friday: Pork schnitzel, served with warm anchovy and caper butter, roasted potatoes, and red wine sauce.

Veg of the Week: Oven-roasted celeriac from Gotland, Jerusalem artichoke purée, browned sage butter, and toasted almonds.
