Kristina Ensgård
Kristina Ensgård has worked in the finance and insurance industry for just over 30 years, including 17 years as CEO of Bliwa Life Insurance. She has nearly 20 years of experience serving on boards, having served on about 10 boards across various industries. Kristina stepped down from her operational role as CEO in November 2019 to focus on board assignments. Kristina is very interested in sports, particularly golf and skiing, which she enjoys and actively practices. She has a 12 handicap, plays golf frequently, and enjoys competing.
Kristina and her husband Thomas bought a house in Västergarn on Gotland in 2013, where they spend a lot of time throughout the year. One of the main reasons they chose a house in Västergarn was its proximity to Visby GK, which they both consider to be one of Sweden’s absolute best and most beautiful courses.
