To follow the annual meeting online, make your voice heard, and cast your vote , you must register by sending an email to info@visbygk.com no later than Monday, April 26.
I och med att det är ett digitalt möte måste vi kunna mata in Ert namn i vårt system. Det går alltså inte att följa årsmötet om man inte anmält sig.
A few days before the meeting, you will receive a link and accompanying instructions if you have registered.
The annual meeting materials will be available at the reception desk and on the website no later than April 22.
The prospectus on track improvements, which was previously mailed out and published on the website, will be included in the annual meeting materials under the heading: “Proposals from the Board.”
