Time: Saturday, May 2, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. After the annual meeting, we’ll have coffee and snacks together.
Voting at the annual meetingwill only be possible in person or by proxy. According to the bylaws, motions for the annual meeting must be submitted no later than six weeks before the annual meeting, that is, no later than March 21.
However, in order to respond to them as thoroughly as possible, we would prefer that any motions be submitted earlier. Tips on how to draft a motion are available on the website. You can find them on the members’ page under “Documents.”
The agenda and annual meeting documentswill be available on the website no later than April 11.
