Postponed Annual Meeting
After consulting with the Swedish Golf Federation, we have decided to postpone the annual meeting.
Our bylaws stipulate that we must hold the annual meeting before May 15. Holding the annual meeting later therefore constitutes a deviation from the bylaws. This deviation must be weighed against the difficulties of holding an annual meeting in which everyone has the opportunity to participate.
We have also considered the possibility of holding the annual meeting “online,” but we do not feel entirely comfortable having to rely entirely on the technology actually working.
We have therefore decided to follow the Swedish Golf Federation’s recommendation to postpone the annual meeting until further notice.
A new date will be set and a new notice will be sent out once new guidelines from the Public Health Agency of Sweden make it possible to hold the annual meeting in the usual manner.
