To follow the annual meeting online, make your voice heard, and cast your vote , you must register by sending an email to info@visbygk.com no later than Monday, April 26.
Since this is a virtual meeting, we need to be able to enter your name into our system. This means you won’t be able to participate in the annual meeting unless you’ve registered at

A few days before the meeting, you will receive a link and accompanying instructions if you have registered.
The annual meeting materials will be available at the reception desk and on the website no later than April 22.
The prospectus on track improvements, which was previously mailed out and published on the website, will be included in the annual meeting materials under the heading: “Proposals from the Board.”
